Dear Friends of The C.G. Jung Society of Vermont,
The summer is flying by, August is here and, yes, we have another issue for you. Sue Mehrtens continues her exploration of the collective shadow in contemporary culture with an essay entitled Jung's Challenge to Us: "Holding the Tension of the Opposites"
Looking ahead to September, The Jungian Center for Spiritual Sciences has let us know that it will be offering a course on Spiritual Alchemy later in the month. The presenter is Dr. Sean McGrath, a professor at Memorial University, St. John, Newfoundland. The course dates are: Sept. 24th and 25th, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., and all day on Sept. 26th. We will have more information on this in our September issue.
Enjoy what remains of the summer!
Best,
Stephanie Buck
