Workshop Description:

The gold in Jung's theory lies within the dynamic relationship, present in each of us, of the mental functions, S-N-T-F. Cutting through the complexity of this model, and turning it into a tool that is both understandable and applicable, can be difficult.

Using an interactive process, this session demystifies type dynamics. What does it mean to have introverted iNtuition as a dominant function? What does auxiliary extraverted Thinking look and sound like? In what ways does introverted Sensing as a dominant differ from introverted Sensing as an inferior function?

This full-day session is perfect for both those new to personality type theory and those more experienced with the model and tool. Participants must know their own preferences, but no other knowledge or experience is required. The workshop will introduce and cover all the information needed to explore these issues and others to make type dynamics easy to understand, explain and apply in self-awareness, consulting, coaching and training.

Workshop objectives:

Experience the function/attitudes in a model that makes type dynamics accessible and applicable

Understand your own type dynamics, and share if you care to

Learn about typological balance and how to achieve it

Plan ways to integrate type dynamics into your work as a trainer, consultant, coach or type user
